This standard aims to accelerate testing and evaluate the weather resistance and long-term reliability of photovoltaic glass by simulating and combining multiple harsh environmental conditions in the laboratory. It primarily specifies the accelerated aging test method under the coupled effects of four factors: load, temperature, saline water, and ultraviolet light. This method is applicable for evaluating coated glass products such as patterned anti-reflective, float anti-reflective, and photovoltaic self-cleaning glass. To carry out this complex multi-stress superposition test, specialized multi-factor coupled environmental test chambers are required. These devices integrate systems capable of precisely controlling ultraviolet irradiation, temperature, humidity (including spray or condensation), and applying mechanical loads, among other functions. They can replicate the effects of years of natural outdoor aging in a short period, providing critical support for product development and quality control.
