GB/T 31333-2014
Dipped cords—Test methods adhesion strength

This standard primarily specifies the method for determining the adhesion strength between dipped cords and vulcanized rubber. It employs the "T-pull-out method" as the core test procedure, applicable to the determination of the adhesion performance between various types of dipped cords made from chemical fibers (such as soft cords and hard cords), as well as dipped glass fiber cords, and vulcanized rubber. When conducting tests according to this standard, the key detection instrument is an electronic universal testing machine. This method provides a unified technical basis for evaluating the bonding quality between reinforcement materials and the rubber matrix in rubber products (such as tires, conveyor belts, etc.), which is of significant importance for product quality control and research and development.
