Disperse dyes―Determination of migration property―High temperature dyeing process

GB/T 10663-2014 "Disperse Dyes - Determination of Migration Property - High Temperature Dyeing Method" specifies the method for determining the migration property of disperse dyes on polyester fibers during high-temperature dyeing. It is applicable to the testing of relevant performance of such dyes. The test requires an analytical balance with a sensitivity of not more than 0.0001g, a laboratory dyeing machine, and a color measuring instrument that complies with relevant standards. After high-temperature dyeing and migration treatment, a color measuring instrument is used to determine the color depth values of the migrated white fabric and the original dyed fabric. The migration degree is calculated to evaluate the migration property, providing a technical basis for dye selection and optimization of dyeing processes.
