GB/T 5541-2017 "Disperse dyes — Determination of high-temperature dispersion stability — Double-layer filter paper filtration method" is applicable for testing the dispersion stability of disperse dyes under high-temperature conditions. The dye suspension is heated to a specified high temperature and maintained at that temperature, then cooled and processed according to the double-layer filter paper filtration method. The filter residue is weighed using an analytical balance, and the transmittance of the filtrate is measured with a spectrophotometer. By comparing the filtration results at room temperature and high temperature, the high-temperature dispersion stability of the dye is evaluated. Key parameters such as heating temperature and holding time are clearly defined to simulate actual dyeing conditions, ensuring the practicality of the test results.
