GB/T 41071-2021 "Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Dye Products" is applicable to various types of dye products and specifies the use of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to determine the residual amounts of 18 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. The sample is ultrasonically extracted with a mixed solvent of n-hexane and acetone, and the extract is purified by solid-phase extraction, concentrated by nitrogen blowdown, and then volumetrically adjusted before detection. Quantitative analysis is performed using the external standard method based on peak area. The detection limit for Method 1 is 0.2 mg/kg, and for Method 2, it is 1.0 mg/kg. The absolute difference between two measurement results should not exceed 20% of the arithmetic mean, and the spiked recovery rate must meet specific ranges.
