Environmental testing—Part 2: Test methods—Test : Combined salt mist/temperature/humidity/solar radiation

GB/T 2423.65-2024 "Environmental testing - Part 2: Test methods - Test: Salt mist / Temperature / Humidity / Solar radiation combined" is applicable for evaluating the weather resistance of products in hot and humid marine atmospheric environments. It simulates a coupled environment of four factors: salt mist, temperature, humidity, and solar radiation. The salt mist uses a 5% sodium chloride solution, with a temperature range of -25°C to 55°C, humidity of 30% to 98% RH, and solar irradiance intensity of approximately 1120 W/m². The test is conducted in cycles, divided into three stages, with the option to select different numbers of cycles to assess the corrosion and aging performance of the product.
