GB/T 32065.8-2020 "Environmental Test Methods for Oceanographic Instruments - Part 8: Temperature Change Test" was implemented on June 1, 2021, and is an integral part of the series of standards for environmental testing of oceanographic instruments. The standard specifies core content such as test requirements, method selection, stepwise temperature changes, and rapid temperature changes. It is applicable for assessing the operational suitability of oceanographic instruments and their components under varying temperature conditions. Instruments used in the conversion between atmospheric and aquatic environments should undergo stepwise temperature change tests, while those used in the conversion between high-temperature and low-temperature atmospheric environments should undergo rapid temperature change tests. By clearly defining parameters such as temperature, exposure time, and transition time, the standard provides a standardized basis for evaluating the temperature adaptability of oceanographic instruments.
