GB/T 2423.35-2019, which came into effect on January 1, 2020, is equivalent to the international standard. It consolidates three previous standards and expands the scope of application. The standard is applicable to products in fields such as electronics, automotive, and aerospace, specifying the methods and guidelines for combined tests of climatic (temperature, humidity) and dynamic (vibration, shock) conditions. The temperature range covers -70°C to 180°C, humidity from 20% RH to 95% RH, vibration includes both sinusoidal and random modes, and shock encompasses various waveform parameters. By simulating the combined environmental stresses experienced by products during actual use, the standard follows a process of initial inspection, test implementation, and subsequent inspection to evaluate the performance stability of products under complex working conditions.
