Principle

The core working principle of the pinhole leak meter is based on the conductivity detection method. The instrument typically consists of a high-voltage power supply, a detection electrode, and a grounding loop. When the probe electrode scans the surface of the material, if there is a penetrating pinhole in the material, a path will be formed between the electrode and the grounding substrate, resulting in instantaneous current or voltage changes. Measurement method

Common measurement methods include wet and dry methods. The dry method directly uses conductive rubber electrodes to scan the dry surface, and is mostly used for thin layer detection on conductive substrates.
