Coating spark Tester

The coating spark tester generates electric sparks on the coating surface through a high-voltage electrode to detect pinholes and defects in insulating coatings. When the spark breaks through a defect, the instrument triggers an alarm. It is used for quality inspection of anti-corrosion coatings on metal substrates and insulation layers of pipelines.

Choose waterproof models for humid environments, opt for portable devices for pipeline inspections, and use benchtop units in the laboratory. Check whether the electrode type is suitable for curved surface detection, ensure the alarm sensitivity is adjustable, and verify that the calibration certificates are complete.
