Ink Light Source Inspection Box

The ink light source detection box simulates standard light sources such as daylight and store lighting to observe ink color and printing effects in a controlled environment. It is used to compare differences between samples and standard colors and to check for metamerism. It is applied in quality inspection at printing factories, ink color matching, and customer approval processes.
Selection
When selecting, it is essential to consider that the light source type should cover commonly used standards such as D65 and CWF; the illuminance should be maintained within the range of 1000-2000 lux; the inner walls of the cabinet should be painted in neutral gray to avoid reflective interference; the observation area should be sized to accommodate common printed materials; and the equipment should include a function to record the usage time of the light source.
