Laboratory Composite Coating Machine

The laboratory composite Coater uses a motor to drive the coating head, evenly applying paint or adhesive onto the substrate surface. After drying in an oven, it is pressed together with another material. It is used to prepare multilayer composite samples, simulating the lamination and bonding processes in industrial production. It is suitable for testing the bonding strength of materials such as paper and film, as well as for validating process parameters.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the substrate width with the roller width of the Coater, and ensure the coating thickness range covers experimental requirements. Pay attention to the temperature control accuracy and heating method of the drying oven to ensure material compatibility. Choose coating heads such as doctor blades or micro-gravure rollers based on the coating type. The equipment materials must be resistant to solvent corrosion, and the operating interface should be intuitive and user-friendly. Reserve expansion interfaces to accommodate future process changes.
