Pipe-type Tensile Tester

The pipe tensile tester applies axial tensile force by clamping both ends of a tubular specimen to measure the material's fracture strength and elongation rate. It is used to test the mechanical properties of hollow products such as plastic pipes and rubber tubes, and to verify the pressure-bearing capacity and durability of products during pipeline production and quality acceptance.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the specimen diameter range with the instrument's clamping mechanism. The maximum tensile force must cover the strength of the material being tested, and an elongation measurement device should be included to record deformation data. Environmental temperature and humidity control functions should adapt to the material testing conditions, and the software should be capable of exporting standard test reports.
