Digital-Type Torque Gauge

The digital torque meter detects the torsional deformation of the shaft through strain gauges, converting mechanical quantities into electrical signals. These signals are processed by a digital circuit to directly display the torque value. It is used to measure the torque and power of rotating machinery, enabling product quality inspection and performance testing on assembly lines for motors, engines, gearboxes, and other equipment.
Selection
When selecting, ensure the measurement range covers the maximum torque of the object being measured, and that the rotational speed matches the operating conditions of the rotating machinery. Consider the accuracy grade and signal output method of the sensor, and check the impact of environmental temperature on the measurement. The mounting method must be compatible with the installation structure, and the protection rating should suit the on-site conditions.

Practical Guide to Selecting Rotors and Speeds for Rotational Viscometers
A rotational viscometer measures viscosity by detecting the resistance encountered by a rotor rotating in the sample. When selecting a rotor, it is necessary to consider the estimated viscosity range of the sample, ensuring that the torque reading falls within 10% to 90% of the instrument's measurement range, while also taking into account the sample volume and rheological properties.
