Dual-sided Film Applicator

The double-sided film applicator controls the wet film thickness on both sides of the substrate simultaneously through upper and lower blades. It is used for quickly preparing double-sided parallel coating samples on materials such as paper and film, making it suitable for laboratory applications such as printability testing and coating uniformity evaluation.
Selection
When selecting, consider the compatibility between the substrate thickness range and the coating width. Choose a blade with an appropriate gap based on the sample viscosity. Stainless steel material is resistant to solvent corrosion. The operation table should have an anti-slip design to ensure coating stability. Pay attention to the convenience of cleaning the trough.
