Packaging Color Measurement Instrument

The packaging colorimeter illuminates the sample through an optical system, and the sensor receives the reflected light and converts it into an electrical signal. The processor analyzes the spectral data to derive color values. It is used to detect color differences in packaging materials, ensuring batch-to-batch color consistency, and is applied in industries such as food and pharmaceutical packaging printing.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the measurement aperture to the sample size, choose an integrating sphere or 0/45-degree optical structure to suit surface characteristics, confirm the instrument's repeatability and inter-instrument agreement indicators, evaluate whether the software functionality supports industry-standard color systems, and verify whether the instrument is suitable for the temperature and humidity conditions of the production environment.
