Schopper Paper Air Permeability Tester

The Schopper air permeability tester evaluates the pore structure of paper by measuring the airflow through the paper under a constant pressure differential. A fixed pressure difference is created above and below the paper sample, and the volume of air passing through the paper per unit time is recorded. The measured value reflects the air permeability of the paper. This instrument is used to test the air penetration characteristics of materials such as filter paper and cigarette paper.
