Wet film thickness Gauge for quadrilaterals

The quadrilateral wet film gauge measures the distance of the uncoated gaps between its four fixed-height contact points when placed on a wet coating surface, which is then converted into wet film thickness. It is used for on-site rapid determination of wet film thickness during the application of coatings and inks, guiding the control of coating application quantity.
Selection
When selecting, consider that the measurement range should cover common coating thicknesses. The stainless steel material should be resistant to solvent corrosion, and the hardness of the probe feet should be higher than that of the coating being measured to avoid indentations.
