Principle

The comb wet film thickness gauge measures the thickness by pressing the Wet Film Comb vertically into the wet-film and then removing the observation tooth infiltration. The wet film thickness is between the shortest tooth infiltrated by the wet-film and the adjacent uninfiltrated tooth, and the value is directly read by the scale on the tooth.
