Immersion Viscosity Measuring Cup

The immersion viscosity measuring cup allows the measured liquid to flow out through a small hole at the bottom of the cup, and the viscosity is reflected by measuring the outflow time. It is used for rapid on-site testing of fluid flow characteristics such as coatings and inks, and is immersed in the sample during operation to record the emptying time.
Selection
The selection of an immersion viscometer cup must match the viscosity range to be measured, with common cup sizes 2-6 corresponding to different aperture diameters. Consider the sample characteristics to avoid corrosion, choose the cup type according to standards, verify temperature effects, and ensure the measuring cup is clean and free of residues.
