Mini Coater for Rubber Rollers

The small-scale coating machine with a rubber roller transfers the coating material evenly onto the substrate surface through motor-driven rotation of the rubber roller. It is used in laboratories to simulate coating processes and prepare test coatings on materials such as paper and film. During operation, the coating thickness is controlled by adjusting the roller speed and gap.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the substrate width to the roller surface dimensions and ensure the coating thickness range meets testing requirements. Pneumatic pressure application is more stable than manual adjustment. The stainless steel roller body is resistant to solvent corrosion, and variable frequency speed adjustment accommodates coatings of different viscosities. An included scraper allows for the removal of excess material.
