Oil-Water Thermostatic Bath

The oil-water bath heats samples evenly at a constant temperature by heating the medium oil or water. It is used for constant-temperature heating, distillation, and reaction processes of laboratory samples. It is suitable for scenarios requiring a stable heat source, such as viscosity testing of coatings and inks, and the determination of the melt flow index of plastics.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the temperature range with experimental requirements, ensuring the temperature control accuracy meets standard specifications. The inner chamber material should be corrosion-resistant, and the capacity should be suitable for the sample volume. Heating power affects the heating rate, and safety protection features should include overheating shutdown and dry-burn prevention. For oil baths, pay attention to the flash point of the medium, and for water baths, focus on rust-proof design.
