Emulsion ColoriMeter

The emulsion colorimeter measures the scattering characteristics of light by suspended particles through the principle of diffuse reflection, used to determine the color consistency of opaque liquids such as emulsions and coatings. It employs an integrating sphere structure to collect multi-angle scattered light, combined with spectral analysis to calculate chromaticity values, and is applied in chemical production quality control and product sorting.
Selection
Consider sample viscosity compatibility to ensure the measurement cell is cleanable; the spectral range should cover the visible light band; match the industry-standard colorimetric system; pay attention to the instrument's repeatability indicators; verify the suitability of temperature control functions for heat-sensitive samples; and evaluate calibration cycles and maintenance costs.
