ISO Single Groove Scraper Fineness Gauge

Selection
When selecting, confirm the viscosity range of the material to be tested. For high viscosity, choose a large-capacity groove type. Ensure the measurement range covers common fineness values, such as 0–25 μm or 0–100 μm. The scraper material should be quenched stainless steel, with scale lines laser-etched. The gap between the groove body and the scraper must comply with the ISO 1524 standard and be used with standard test plates.
