Corrugated paper Moisture Meter

The corrugated paper moisture meter measures the moisture content by contacting the electrode with the paperboard, utilizing the difference in moisture conductivity to detect changes in resistance or capacitance, which are then converted into moisture levels. It is used for rapid on-site detection of paperboard moisture content to ensure carton forming quality and storage safety.
Selection
When selecting, consider a measurement range covering 5%–30%, adjustable probe pressure to adapt to different flute types, and temperature compensation functionality. Portable models are suitable for workshop inspections, while online models are used for continuous production. Calibration requires the use of standard weights and moisture content reference samples.
