Coating Leak Detector
The coating holiday detector detects discontinuities in coatings through electric spark or high-voltage discharge. After the metal substrate is electrified, the probe scans the surface, and discharge occurs at damaged areas of the coating, triggering an alarm. It is used to detect defects such as pinholes and cracks in anti-corrosion coatings on pipelines, storage tanks, and other structures to ensure the effectiveness of the protective coating.
