Small temperature-controlled Film Applicator

The small temperature-controlled film applicator maintains a constant temperature on the substrate surface through a heating plate and a temperature control system, allowing the coating to spread evenly into a film layer of specified thickness. It is used in laboratories to simulate coating processes and test the leveling, hiding power, and other properties of coatings. It is suitable for coating tests on ink and paper.
