Oil and Water Heating Bath

The oil-water bath provides a stable temperature environment by heating oil or water as a heat transfer medium. It is used for heating samples in the laboratory and maintaining constant temperatures for chemical reactions. It is commonly employed in material aging tests and paint curing processes.
Selection
Select the medium based on the experimental temperature range: water baths are suitable for temperatures below 100℃, while oil baths can reach up to 300℃. Consider sample characteristics to avoid contamination, and choose an appropriate capacity and heating power. Pay attention to the flash point of the medium and ventilation conditions.
