Dew point Meter probe

The dew point meter probe determines the dew point by measuring the temperature at which gas cools to the point of water vapor condensation. It is used to monitor the dryness of gases and finds applications in compressed air systems, industrial gases, and meteorological observations.
Selection
Select a probe with a measurement range of -100℃ to 20℃, considering pressure and temperature resistance. Choose a probe with temperature compensation to adapt to environmental changes, and a stainless steel probe is suitable for corrosive gases.

Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge Selection: Technical Considerations for Probe Configuration and Measurement Modes
This article primarily introduces the technical factors to consider when selecting an ultrasonic thickness gauge. In terms of probe configuration, the frequency affects both resolution and penetration depth, while crystal size determines adaptability to curvature and surface conditions. Dual-element probes offer a smaller dead zone compared to single-element probes, and delay-line probes are suitable for thin-wall and high-temperature applications.
Eddy current thickness gauge measures metal coatings on non-conductive substrates.
The eddy current thickness gauge utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction, generating an alternating magnetic field through the probe coil to induce eddy currents in the metal coating, thereby measuring thickness based on changes in coil impedance.
Eddy current thickness gauge detects coatings on non-ferrous metals.
The eddy current thickness gauge operates on the principle of electromagnetic induction, generating an alternating magnetic field through the probe coil, which induces eddy currents on the surface of non-ferrous metal substrates.
Standard Operating Procedure for Zero Calibration and Substrate Calibration of Coating Thickness Gauges
This article introduces two key calibration methods for coating thickness gauges: zero-point calibration and substrate calibration. During operation, it is important to ensure that the probe is perpendicular, pressure is applied evenly, and regular calibration and recording are maintained. These steps effectively enhance measurement accuracy and meet industry standard requirements.
