Three-angle color difference Meter

The three-angle colorimeter measures the surface reflected light of an object at three fixed angles (15°, 45°, and 110°) simultaneously to calculate the color difference between the sample and the standard. It is used to detect color consistency in special-effect materials such as metallic paints and pearlescent coatings, and to control production color differences in industries such as automotive and cosmetic packaging.
Selection
When selecting, consider the surface characteristics of the object being measured. For metal materials, multi-angle measurements are required, while flat surfaces can be measured with a single angle. Check the instrument's repeatability indicators and ensure the measurement aperture matches industry standards. Confirm that the supporting software can output the required colorimetric data and that the design is resistant to vibrations to adapt to workshop environments.
