Grain Moisture Tester

The grain moisture meter detects the moisture content of grains through heating and drying or the capacitance method. The heating method uses a constant-temperature oven to evaporate moisture and then calculates the content by weighing; the capacitance method measures moisture based on the correlation between the dielectric constant of grains and their moisture content. It is used for quality control in grain procurement, storage, and processing.
Selection
When selecting, consider the matching of the measurement principle with the grain variety. The heating method offers higher accuracy but takes more time, while the capacitive method is faster and suitable for on-site use. Verify that the instrument's measurement range covers the moisture content range of common grains, and check the calibration method and temperature compensation function. Pay attention to the wear resistance of the sensor material, and ensure the operation interface is user-friendly.
