Dial Indicator Thickness Gauge

The dial thickness gauge amplifies the tiny displacement of the measuring rod through gear transmission, and the dial pointer displays the thickness value. It is used to measure the thickness of materials such as films and plates, and to verify product specifications in quality inspection and production.
Selection
Select a flat or spherical probe based on the hardness of the material being tested, and choose a graduation of 0.01 mm or 0.001 mm according to accuracy requirements. The measurement range is typically 0–10 mm. Consider environmental vibrations and opt for an anti-vibration model, and calibrate regularly using gauge blocks.
