Bar coater for molding lines

The wire-wound rod Coater forms grooves by winding metal wires, controlling the amount of coating transferred. When rolled on a substrate, the grooves carry the coating to create a uniform wet film. It is used for coating tests of laboratory paints and inks, simulating actual coating processes.
Selection
When selecting, consider the wire diameter to determine the coating thickness, match the substrate type with the wire material, and ensure the operating length fits the sample size. The wire rod specification should correspond to the required wet film thickness, and the material's corrosion resistance should be compatible with the paint properties.
