Ink particle size detection plate

The ink particle size detection plate is used by scraping ink onto a wedge-shaped groove plate with scales, visually observing the streaks formed by ink particles at specific positions to determine the particle size distribution. It is employed in the printing industry to control ink fineness, preventing roughness or plate clogging in printed materials.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the conventional particle size range of the ink with the measurement range of the detection plate. Ensure the metal material provides wear resistance, clear scales for easy reading, and that the precision of the wedge groove machining affects measurement accuracy. Compatibility with industry standards such as GB/T 1724 should also be ensured.
