Average Particle Size Distribution Analyzer

The average particle size analyzer measures particle size distribution through laser diffraction or dynamic light scattering. After the sample is dispersed in a liquid, a laser passes through the suspension to produce a scattering pattern. The instrument analyzes the angle and intensity data to calculate particle size. It is used for production quality control, such as monitoring the fineness of paint pigments, the dispersibility of inks, and the uniformity of paper fillers.
Selection
When selecting, consider the measurement range covering the particle size of the samples, using the wet method for liquid samples and the dry method for powders.
