Cardboard Bursting Tester

The cardboard bursting tester applies uniformly increasing pressure to the sample through hydraulic or pneumatic force until the cardboard bursts, measuring its bursting strength. It is used to evaluate the ability of packaging materials to withstand internal pressure and is commonly employed in quality control for cartons and corrugated cardboard.
Selection
When selecting, consider matching the test volume size with manual or automatic models, ensure the maximum pressure value covers the range of the material being tested, check that the platen dimensions meet standard requirements, verify the validity of the calibration certificate, and pay attention to the compatibility of the air source interface with laboratory conditions.
