Four-head Temperature-controlled Magnetic Stirrer

The four-head temperature-controlled magnetic stirrer drives the stirring rod to rotate through magnetic coupling and synchronously controls the temperature and stirring of four samples in combination with the heating plate. It is used for sample mixing and constant-temperature reactions in laboratories, as well as for handling multiple sets of parallel experiments in industries such as coatings and inks.
Selection
When selecting, consider the compatibility of the sample container material with the heating method, ensure the temperature control range covers experimental requirements, and confirm the stirring speed meets the viscosity of the sample. Check the independent temperature control function of each workstation and ensure the operation interface is clear and user-friendly.

Quantitative Measurement of Carbon Black Content in Rubber by Thermogravimetric Analyzer
Thermogravimetric analyzers measure changes in sample mass through programmed temperature control, enabling the quantitative determination of carbon black content in rubber. During the experiment, the rubber is first heated in an inert atmosphere to decompose it, leaving the carbon black intact. The atmosphere is then switched to an oxidizing environment to oxidize the carbon black. The carbon black content is calculated based on the mass loss.
