Microcomputer Ash Fusion Point Analyzer

The microcomputer ash fusion analyzer melts coal ash samples under controlled temperatures via electric heating, while a camera records morphological changes. A computer then analyzes the images to determine the deformation temperature of the ash cone. It is used to measure the melting characteristics of coal ash at high temperatures, providing a basis for boiler design and coal blending ratios.
