Metal Coating Applicator

The metal Coater evenly transfers the coating onto the surface of the metal substrate using rollers, controls the coating thickness with a doctor blade, and forms a protective film through drying. It is used for anti-corrosion and decoration of metal sheets, such as surface treatment for cans and building materials.
Selection
Select roller size based on substrate width, determine scraper type according to coating viscosity, and match drying power with production speed. Consider coating thickness accuracy and material corrosion resistance, and reserve space for cleaning and maintenance.
