Phosphine Fumigation Detector

The phosphine fumigation detector measures the concentration of phosphine gas in the air through an electrochemical sensor. When phosphine undergoes a redox reaction with the sensor, it generates an electrical current signal, which is processed by the circuit to display the concentration value. It is used for monitoring phosphine leaks in grain storage fumigation operations, chemical production, and other settings to ensure operational safety.
Selection
When selecting, ensure the detection range covers 0–1000 ppm with a resolution of 1 ppm. It should adopt a diffusion sampling method and feature audible and visual alarms. Check the sensor lifespan and calibration cycle, and choose a device with a protection rating of at least IP65. Consider data logging functionality and battery life to suit on-site usage conditions.
