Microwire Rod Coater

The micrometer wire-wound rod Coater rolls a metal rod wound with stainless steel wire over the substrate surface, utilizing the gaps between the wires to form a quantitative wet film. It is used in laboratories to simulate the blade coating process for preparing test coatings on materials such as paper and film.
Selection
Select the corresponding wire diameter specification based on the coating thickness, taking into account the substrate flatness and paint viscosity. The wire rod material must be corrosion-resistant, and after use, clean it promptly with solvent to maintain clear gaps between the wires. Different wire diameters can be combined to achieve gradient coating.
