Digital Tensile Force Gauge

The computer tensile tester collects data on material deformation under force through sensors, which is then converted into digital signals via circuitry for output. It is used to test the tensile strength and elongation at break of materials such as films and fibers, verifying the mechanical properties of products during quality inspection processes.
Selection
When selecting, focus on the range matching the sample strength, ensuring precision meets testing standards, and the fixtures are compatible with the material shape. Verify the sensor's protection rating, ensure the software supports data export, and confirm the equipment has a calibration certificate from a metrology institution.
