Automatic Drying Time Recorder

The automatic drying time tester uses a needle tip or roller to scratch the surface of the coating, and a sensor detects changes in resistance to determine the drying state. It is used for monitoring the curing of coatings and inks on paper and plastic substrates, and for controlling the production process.
Selection
When selecting, consider the compatibility of the substrate type with the instrument, ensure the testing method matches the actual drying conditions, check the sensor accuracy and data recording functions, and confirm the equipment maintenance cycle and the convenience of obtaining consumables.
