The PosiTector 6000 NRS1 Coating thickness gauge is a standard PosiTector 6000 series thickness gauge from the US Defelsko brand. It uses a monochrome display and is equipped with a 90 degree Probe for Coating thickness measurement in narrow occasions. The instrument has a measurement range of 0 to 1500 microns, can store 250 readings, supports browsing and downloading, and has the characteristics of accurate measurement, durability and versatility. It meets many international standards and is suitable for nonconductive coating measurement on non-ferrous metal substrates.

Principle
The PosiTector 6000 NRS1 Coating thickness gauge is based on the eddy Current principle for measurement. High Accuracy and stable measurement results are achieved by detecting the thickness of nonconductive coatings on non-ferrous metal substrates by Probe.

Steps
1. Install 3 * AAA alkaline batteries; 2. Turn on the power supply of the instrument; 3. Select the system language (Chinese or English); 4. Use NRS1 Probe to make measurements on nonconductive coatings on non-ferrous metal substrates; 5. Read measurement results and view statistical information; 6. Connect to the computer through the USB interface and use PosiSoft software to download and store data.
