Principle
The STM-2T Stormer Viscometer works through the swirl/spin Measurement principle. The rotor swirl/spin in the sample at a stable Rotation speed of 200rpm. The resistance of the sample to swirl/spin is measured to calculate the viscosity value. The instrument uses computer automatic calibration technology to ensure Measurement accuracy and can accurately reflect the viscosity characteristics of non-Newtonian liquids such as paints, inks, and coatings.

Steps
1. Adjust the base level foot through the front level to ensure the level of the instrument
2. Select the appropriate container (1 pint or 0.int) to fill the sample
3. Select through 5-inch color Touchscreen or self-built test program
4. Measurement time parameters
5. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically displays the viscosity value and related parameters
6. Viscosity Linear dispersion can be viewed in real time through Touchscreen
7. After the measurement is completed, the data is automatically saved or output through the interface
Notice
• The instrument must be adjusted to the horizontal state through the level before measurement
• Sample container should be selected as required 1pint or 0.5pint size
Measurement time settings should be consistent to ensure comparability of similar samples
• Temperature changes will affect the measurement results, it is recommended to use thermostatic accessories
• Regularly calibrate with standard viscosity samples
• Make sure the interface matches when connecting external devices
