Overview
FANGRUI CH3006 (N) Thermostatic bath is a microcomputer temperature-controlled constant temperature water bath (oil bath) equipment. It adopts high-performance single-chip microcomputer control, self-tuning PID adjustment and imported temperature sensor, with high temperature control accuracy and small Fluctuation; equipped with imported stirring motor, low noise and long life. The instrument adopts a large-screen backlit LCD screen, with clear parameter display, convenient and safe operation, and stable and reliable performance.
Features
1. Adopt high-performance single-chip microcomputer control, PID adjustment, self-tuning control technology, high temperature control accuracy and short Stabilization time;
2. It has a break-even protection function to prevent the instrument from losing control.
3. With the upper limit over-temperature alarm function, the alarm range can be set by yourself;
4. The instrument works stably and reliably, and the operation is very convenient.
5. Using a large-screen backlit LCD display, the parameters are clear and clear.
6. The circulating pump can lead the thermostatic liquid in the tank to establish a second thermostatic field;
7, liner, table are high mass stainless steel, corrosion resistance, easy to clean.
Principle
The Thermostatic bath uses a high-performance monolithic microcomputer as the control core, combined with a self-tuning PID adjustment algorithm, to precisely control the Heating power. The imported temperature sensor monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time and feeds back the signal to the Control system. The system quickly and accurately adjusts the output of the heating device through PID operation, so that the temperature in the tank is stable at the set value with minimal Fluctuation. At the same time, through the work of the stirring motor or the circulating pump, the Temperature uniformity in the tank and in the external circulating pipeline is ensured.
