Overview
FANGRUI HDC0506L vertical constant temperature bath is a microcomputer temperature-controlled constant temperature water bath (oil bath) equipment. It adopts high-performance single-chip microcomputer control, self-tuning PID adjustment and imported temperature sensor, with high temperature control accuracy and small Fluctuation. The equipment is equipped with a high-efficiency refrigeration Compressor, which has high cooling efficiency, fast cooling, low noise, and adopts a fully sealed stirring motor for stable operation and long life.

Principle
The device uses a high-performance monolithic microcomputer as the control core, combined with a self-tuning PID adjustment algorithm and an imported temperature sensor for accurate temperature measurement and temperature control. The system automatically adjusts the heating or refrigeration power according to the deviation of the set temperature and the actual temperature, and unifies the liquid temperature in the tank through an internal/external circulation pump, thus providing a High Accuracy, Controlled and Temperature Uniform Constant Field Source.

Steps
1. Place the device on a stable workbench and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of water or heat transfer oil to the Tank to ensure that the liquid level meets the requirements.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature through the control panel.
4. Select domestic circulation or connect hose for external circulation operation as needed.
5. The device starts to work, and the set temperature and actual temperature are observed through the digital tube.
6. After use, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and placed in a ventilated and stable environment.
• When adding liquid medium, please pay attention to the liquid level to avoid too low heating tube air burning, the equipment has low liquid level protection function.
• Do not touch the heating part or the high temperature liquid inside the equipment when it is running to prevent burns.
• When performing external circulation, please ensure that the connecting pipeline is open and well sealed.
When cleaning the equipment, please disconnect the power first and wipe the stainless steel surface with a suitable detergent.
• If the equipment is not used for a long time, drain the liquid in the tank and keep it drying.
• In case of fault alarm (such as over-temperature alarm), please find out the cause and eliminate it before using it.
