CHANGLONG ZCW1-65 smart temperature measuring patch is a three-color discoloration temperature measuring patch with unique discoloration temperature display, digital display and reversible and recording functions of the changed Color, with its own sticker. Once the temperature of the temperature monitoring part reaches or exceeds the rated temperature of the temperature measuring patch, the discoloration temperature measuring patch immediately turns from white to red, and the number of over-temperature at the place is displayed on the temperature measuring patch. It is easy for people to find the temperature rise of the temperature monitoring part during inspection, so as to find out the hidden dangers and prevent accidents.

Principle
When the temperature of the temperature monitoring part reaches or exceeds the rated temperature of the smart discoloration temperature measuring patch, the temperature measuring patch immediately overheats and discoloration, from white to red; when the temperature drops below the rated temperature, the temperature measuring patch turns black, indicating that the place has been to the rated temperature; when the temperature reaches or exceeds the rated temperature of the temperature measuring patch again, the temperature measuring patch turns from black to red; when the temperature drops, it turns from red to black, and so on.
Applications
The connection part of the bus in the substation, the connection between the bus and the equipment terminals, the contacts of the disconnector, the shell of electrical equipment such as transformers, motors, capacitors, etc
Steps
1. Paste the temperature measuring patch on the part that needs to monitor the temperature
2. Observe the Patch Color Change During Inspection
3. If the patch turns red, it indicates that the temperature reaches or exceeds the rated temperature
4. If the patch turns black, it means that the temperature has reached the rated temperature but has dropped
