Overview
CHANGLONG ZCW2-65 smart temperature measurement patch is a three-color discoloration temperature measurement patch with discoloration temperature display, digital display and Color reversible and recording functions, with its own sticker. When the temperature of the temperature monitoring part reaches or exceeds the rated temperature, the patch immediately turns from white to red and displays the overtemperature number, which is convenient for inspection to find that the temperature rises and prevent malfunctions.

Principle
When the temperature of the temperature monitoring part reaches or exceeds the rated temperature, the temperature measuring patch changes from white to red and displays the number; the temperature backlash changes to black, indicating that it has exceeded the temperature; when it exceeds the temperature again, it changes from black to red, and when it falls back, it changes from red to black. Three Color cycles are realized to continuously record the temperature status.

Substation indoor bus connection parts, bus and equipment terminal connections, disconnector contacts, transformers, motors, capacitors and other electrical equipment shells
Steps
1. Paste the temperature measurement patch on the part that needs to be monitored
2. Inspection Patch Color Change
3. If the patch turns red, it means that the temperature exceeds the limit and needs to be checked and processed.
4. After the temperature goes back, the patch turns black and can continue to be used.
Notice
• The patch does not return to the original white after discoloration, only circulates in red and black
• Make sure the adhesive surface is clean and drying
