Overview
YIHENG MJ-150-ⅰ mildew incubator is a high-efficiency and energy-saving special thermostatic equipment. It adopts brand Compressor and circulating fan to effectively reduce energy consumption and noise, and reduce cooling time by more than 40% compared with traditional low temperature equipment. It is suitable for scientific research, universities and production departments such as environment protection, drug inspection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products, etc. It is used for water body analysis, BOD determination, bacteria, mold, microbial foster preservation, plant cultivation and breeding tests.

6. With a printer or RS485 interface, it can be connected to a printer and a computer to record temperature parameter changes (optional).

Principle
Mildew incubator achieves high-efficiency refrigeration and air circulation through brand Compressors and circulating fans. The microcomputer PID temperature controller precisely adjusts the temperature in the box to ensure a thermostatic environment. The third speed of the circulating fan controls the air volume to avoid sample volatilization. The independent temperature limit alarm system automatically interrupts the operation when the temperature is abnormal to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC 220V 50Hz.
2. Set the required temperature (0~ 60 ℃) and Timer Range (1~ 9999min) through the microcomputer PID temperature controller.
3. Adjust the circulating fan speed as required (third gear optional).
4. Place the sample on an adjustable spacing shelf.
5. Start the device, monitor temperature changes, and optionally install a printer or computer to record data.

• Ambient Temperature should be kept at + 5~ 30 ℃.
• Independent temperature limit alarm system is an optional function, and additional purchase is required to ensure safety.
• The speed of the circulating fan should be adjusted according to the characteristics of the sample to avoid volatilization due to excessive air volume.
• Optional parts such as multi-segment programmable controllers, printers, etc. need additional booking, and the delivery period may be extended by 7 days.
• The size of the equipment liner is 503 * 470 * 808mm, and the Dimension is 600 * 630 * 1360mm to ensure sufficient installation space.
